Client Manager Overview

The Client Manager provides centralized management of ERP Pro client infrastructure, operations, and monitoring capabilities.

What is Client Manager?

Client Manager is your central hub for:

  • Viewing all ERP Pro clients across regions
  • Managing client operations and configurations
  • Accessing client-specific tools and features
  • Monitoring client health and status

Available Features

Client Operations

Access operational tools for individual clients:

  • Form Exchange: Upload and deploy form files to client servers
  • File Locks (v9): View and unlock stuck ACUCOBOL file locks
  • Server Information: View instance details, region, and configuration

Navigate to Client Operations to access these features for specific clients.

All Client Manager features are accessed through:

Product → ERP Pro → Client Manager

From there, you can:

  1. Browse the client list
  2. Search/filter for specific clients
  3. Access client-specific operations via the Actions menu

Product-Specific Features

ERP Pro focuses on operational tools:

  • File exchange and form deployment
  • File lock management (v9)
  • Server and instance management

For update management features, see School ERP Pro (SEP) which includes:

  • Software update scheduling
  • Version management
  • Deployment monitoring
  • Update groups configuration

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to Client Manager
  2. Use search or filters to find your client
  3. Click the Actions menu (three dots) on any client row
  4. Select the operation you need to perform
